We can source suppliers, venues, and negotiate contracts on your behalf, working together with you to plan the wedding you envisage to your budget. Or you may have already chosen your suppliers and wish us to co-ordinate from a point onwards

Our ‘Almost There’ coordination package is tailored to suit the level of input and help you require.

wedding plan, timescale and budget     from £150 + vat

We discuss your day and design a wedding action plan and timescale which can include details of your budget so you can monitor this against your actual spend. Regular consultations keep you abreast of developments.

wedding supplier management     from £250 + vat

We will ensure you receive everything you pay for, handle invoices and contracts, source suppliers and negotiate contracts - passing on all discounts received.

wedding dress shopping     from £120 + vat

We will source suppliers and make appointments, photograph you in each dress to help you remember your favourites, negotiating discounts on accessories where possible.

Half day £120 + VAT.   Full day £200 + VAT.

venue search     from £160 + vat

After a consultation to ascertain your chosen area and style of venue, we will provide a list of five possible venues including details of marquees, accommodation and travelling distance.

invitation and rsvp management     from £100 + vat

Sending out your invites and keeping track of replies, chasing up any late replies.

accommodation management     from £180 + vat

We can arrange the wedding night hotel, manage guest accommodation & travel arrangements and co-ordinate the honeymoon arrangements.

The choice of decorations and details for your wedding is ever growing so how do you know what to choose?

Theming weddings has become a large trend and is a speciality for us as we can arrange your stationery through our sister company Jackson Hennigan Handcrafted Stationery so that you know your day can be themed from start to finish and that everything will tie in just right.

We can prepare a design portfolio for you taking into consideration your venue, theme, colour scheme and ideas, bringing the ‘wow’ factor to your wedding.

If you love our ideas and would like us to source the items you require we will make a list of your requirements and gather quotes from our list of reputable suppliers.

Cost £150 + VAT

venue dressing package *NEW*

If you have decided on your theme and have gathered your decorations we can put everything together for you on the day leaving you to enjoy a glass of champagne with your loved ones.

We will be at your venue early to assemble and set up your room including putting out place cards following your table plan, dealing with favours, table cameras, napkin details, menus, table numbers, confetti/petals, candles etc.

Top table decoration, Cake table decoration, cake knife laid out, guest table decoration including setting out guest book and pen, wishing well/post box, photo boards etc.

We will liaise with your other suppliers such as florists, cake maker and balloon decorators.

We will arrange for any items you may have hired to be set up and we will be out of the way before you arrive.

Before we leave, we will make sure staff at the venue know your wishes in terms of when candles be lit/replaced, what needs collecting in at the end of the night etc.

3 hour decoration package £125 + VAT.
(This includes fabric for top, cake and guest tables unless otherwise stated).

Additional hours to be charged at £25 per hour/part hour + VAT.

If you choose this package and to hire from our venue décor portfolio you will save 10% on any items hired from us.

venue décor hire

We can arrange hire of chair covers, sashes/bows, topiary trees, organza table toppers, table linen, swags & drapes, wishing wells, message trees, cake stands, bird cages, hurricane lamps, fairy lights and more to help you achieve your desired effect.

Chair cover hire from £3.50 per chair.
Sashes from 50p per chair.
Additional chair décor from 20p per chair.
Topiary tree hire (includes voile to match your colour scheme):
- 5ft trees from £40 per pair.
- 4ft trees from £30 per pair.
Fairy lights or silk flowers can be added to your trees for £10 per pair (for both add £15).

Price includes delivery, set up, collection and laundry. All prices are subject to VAT at current rate.

on the day co-ordination     from £275 + vat

We know that most couples want to plan their day themselves but not all couples want to keep organising on the day itself.

After months of organising and arranging everyone deserves a day off! Of course there may be friends and family who could help but they should be enjoying your day too!

Our 'On the Day' service includes detailed consultancy to review your current plan, areas of assistance can be flagged, suppliers are briefed and plans are formally handed over to us at round 4 weeks before the wedding. We will provide attendance on the day throughout.

Assisting with the set up of the venue to make sure that your plans are realised.

Ensuring everything you need for the ceremony and reception is in the right place i.e. table decoration for wedding breakfast and order of service for ceremony.

Checking timings for catering etc

Working with your photographer or videographer to ensure that the relevant people are available.

Informing guests of timings for the day, guest books, table cameras etc.

Looking after any guests with special requirements.

Anything else you need help with on the day.

We typically arrive 3 hours before your ceremony and leave once your evening entertainers have arrived, not before confirming details of first dance and timings etc with them and passing on your instructions to staff regarding timings for the evening’s arrangements.

Cost £275 + VAT
(Please note this includes mileage for us to view the venue and meet with suppliers as necessary up to 100 miles. Thereafter, mileage will be charged at 40p per mile).

If you require us to assist you in the morning before your ceremony, getting you and your bridesmaids dressed and to church on time and making sure your guests get from the church to the reception. Cost £75+ vat (only available with On the day co ordination package).

If you require our attendance at your evening celebration to oversee your arrangements for buffets, entertainment etc or you just want additional support for making announcements, greeting guests, circulating guest books, collecting cards and keep sakes, arranging transport for your guests, we are able to stay until the published end of your evening.

Cost £25 per hour/part hour

Times are to be agreed upon booking. Only available with the On the Day coordination package, full coordination, Half way co-ordination or Half Day PM coordination.

half-day co-ordination from £150 + vat

AM - Getting you and your bridesmaids dressed, to church on time and making sure all guests get to the reception.

PM - Making sure your reception venue is organized and ready for your arrival, co-ordinating the timings of speeches, cake cutting, music, room change overs as necessary.
