Terms & Conditions For Planning & Co-ordinating
Terms and conditions for Planning & Co-ordination are unique to each client's requirements and are written following the consultation period.
Terms & Conditions For Hire
A non-returnable deposit of 20% of the total quote is required to secure a booking.
The balance is to be paid no later than 30 days before the hire date.
Alterations to the original order may be made up to 14 days prior to the hire date. Re-invoicing will occur as necessary.
A holding cheque of £100 is required at the time of booking against damage or non-return of any items. This will be returned following satisfactory inspection of returned goods. The safe keeping and return of hired items is the responsibility of the client unless otherwise agreed.
Damaged items will be charged at current replacement costs.
(£10 per cover, £1.50 per sash, £100 per topiary tree, £1.00 per napkin)
Balance refunds cannot be made on cancellations.
